At Amalgam Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
